The Program

Using a combination of frontal lectures and practical tasks, we teach you the basics elements to that will help you creating a complete physiological profile of your athlete. This task will only require minimal use of tools to obtain mission critical metrics such as: maximum aerobic and anaerobic power, efficiency, fat and carbohydrate combustion rates, anaerobic threshold and more.

The talks, Q&A sessions and practical courses will focus on:

The origin of performance – the physiological composition of power output on the bike.
Independently performed assessments in the lab.
Live assessment in the lab and collective analysis of the results.
Case studies from real training adaptations and race outcomes in professional sports (World Tour cycling and professional IRONMAN).

The highlight of the ISCO Performance Workshop – powered by INSCYD will be the live assessment of an athlete during the symposium. Each participant will be empowered to analyze the physiological profile of the athlete using his INSCYD personal account.

The technology

Participants of the ISCO Performance Workshop – powered by INSCYD will discover the secret weapon of performance analysis that pro cycling teams like BORA-hansgrohe and LottoNL-Jumbo are using on their athletes. INSCYD data is the true secret behind world-class cyclists like Primož Roglić and Peter Sagan.

Spoiler alert: the participants of the workshop can use their personal INSCYD account after the symposium. This will allow them to analyze the data obtained during the workshop and make interactive performance projections.

The number of participants for the ISCO Performance Workshop – powered by INSCYD is limited to 30 persons. We recommend an early registration. The participation costs including lunch and training material amount to:

Regular registration		490,00 EUR (including VAT)
Special registration for ISCO Symposium 2018 participants		190,00 EUR (including VAT)

Validity of registration

Merely filling in the registration form does not entitle to participate in the workshop.
Registration is only complete and valid upon full payment (on receipt of the fee on the bank account of Fa. SnM gebioMized GmbH).

Cancellation & reimbursement

For cancellation of bookings until September 1, 2018, the full amount will be reimbursed.
For cancellation of bookings between September 2, 2018 and the start of the event, 50 % of the fees will be reimbursed.

Schedule

SnM gebioMized GmbH reserves the right to adjust schedule and list of speakers according to needs.
Cancellation of speakers / items on the agenda due to unforeseeable events as well as reimbursement of travel costs and registration fees due to visa problems or similar limitations are not the responsibility of SnM gebioMized GmbH.
