2. Purpose of Data Processing
The gebioMized App processes personal data exclusively to provide its functionality, particularly to perform, analyze, and manage saddle pressure measurements. Processing takes place within existing B2B license agreements.

3. Categories of Data
The following data are processed:
- Contact data of the app user (name, email address, company affiliation)
- Data of end customers created within the app (name, date of birth, email address)
- Technical usage data (e.g., measurement values, device data, timestamps)

4. Legal Basis
Processing of personal data is carried out under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure provision and improvement of the app). For end customer data, the respective B2B licensee is the controller.

5. Storage and Security
Data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers located within the European Union. Microsoft acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. The Provider implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties
Personal data is only shared with third parties if necessary for the operation of the app or if the user explicitly agrees (e.g., when sharing measurement reports).

7. Retention Period
Personal data is retained for as long as the B2B license agreement is active or the user maintains an active account. After termination or account deletion, data will be deleted unless legal retention obligations apply.

8. Data Subject Rights
Users have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection in accordance with Articles 15–21 GDPR. Requests can be sent to support@gebiomized.de.

9. Data Transfers
No transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU takes place. If such transfer becomes necessary in the future, it will only occur in compliance with GDPR (e.g., via Standard Contractual Clauses).

10. Changes to this Policy
The Provider reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The latest version will be available in the app and on the Provider’s website.
