Easy Returns – Here's How!
Does your item not fit and you’d like to return it? Feel free to contact us via our contact form and receive helpful tips on adjusting the insole, saddle, or arm cup.
If you still wish to return the item, please follow these steps:
- Pack carefully: Securely pack the items and remove any old shipping labels and barcodes from the package.
- Fill out the return form: Complete the return form on paper or online. If using paper, include it in the package (not required for the online version).
- Attach the return label: Didn’t find one in your package? Contact us at shop@gebiomized.de and we’ll send you one.
- Drop off the package: Bring it to the nearest drop-off location. You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed. The refund will be issued automatically.

- Please do not send the package without postage – additional charges will apply.
- Returns are free of charge with our return label.
- Visible signs of use may result in a value reduction.
